Louro was born with the purpose of recreating the style, quality and tradition of Galician cuisine while fusing these exceptional ingredients and traditional recipes with innovative, avant-garde techniques. Chef Manu Núñez presents traditional Galician cuisine with a touch of modernity in which the fish and meat from Galicia are the real protagonists.
