Hoja Santa

Hoja Santa takes us to Mexico through its haute cuisine. With recipes from different Mexican regions, the restaurant presents a wonderful tasting set menu where the undoubted protagonist is the product. It is one of the six restaurants opened by Albert Adrià in Barcelona’s Eixample, in this case in collaboration with chef Paco Méndez. Hoja Santa has a Michelin star since 2016.
